LETTERS FROM DOGS – A LETTER FROM A BITE MACHINE

Sharing is caring!

Hi there hoomans! Welcome to the series “Letters from  dogs” where we’re gonna be reading out another letter written by one of your dogs to you! Today’s letter is from the point of view of a puppy who fell in Love at first Bite with his human!

Puppies start teething as soon as their baby teeth develop. Their need to bite into different things is far more than mere play. For all those who’ve been at the receiving end of a set of puppy canines, Rufus here has something to say to you…

Dear Hooman with bite scars,

Sorry, not sorry. Your hand has my favorite bone. It’s soft, smells like you, tastes good and IT MOVES! All the other toys you got me are so boring. They make the same “peeeeee – peeeeee”; sound when I bite them and they all taste the same. Rubbery meat that I can’t eat.

Also, it’s so much fun when you make funny noises every time I bite you. Also, biting your hand = tonnes of attention; biting the rubber ducky = no attention. I mean, C’mon, Ducky is cute. But Damn, he dumb!

Also, biting is the only thing I know… coz you know… wisdom teething. So unless you can come up with something fun to put my wisdom and teething on, let’s continue with this game where I bite you and you love me for it.

Love,
Ouch-No-Stop-Rufus
